Business Headshots in Chatham-Kent & Windsor: What to Know Before You Book
On-location headshots from $149 and team shoots for $795, plus how to plan the day, what to wear and when your photos arrive.

Partners, one frame, zero awkwardness.
Your headshot is usually the first thing people see before they ever call you. It's on your website, your Google profile, LinkedIn and every staff page. If it's a cropped vacation selfie or a photo from six years ago, people notice.
I photograph headshots and brand photos for local businesses across Chatham-Kent and Windsor. Here's how it works and how to get photos you'll actually like.
Why bother with real headshots?
People buy from people. A clear, friendly photo of you and your team makes a business feel real and trustworthy before anyone walks through the door. It also helps on Google: business profiles with real photos of the owner, staff and space look more active and credible than ones with stock photos or none at all.
Two ways to book
Just you? A single headshot is $149. That's up to 30 minutes on location at your office, shop or a spot nearby, with 5 retouched headshots. It's perfect for realtors, advisors, trades, solo owners or anyone updating their LinkedIn.
The whole team? A team & brand shoot is $795. That covers up to 3 hours on location, headshots for your whole team with no cap on numbers, one retouched headshot each, plus photos of your space and your products. It all happens in one continuous session on one day, so plan to have everyone there. Need more time on the day? It's $250 an hour.
Full details are on my brand photos and headshots page.
I come to you
Every shoot is on location. That means no driving across town in your good shirt, and your photos show your real workplace instead of a generic studio. Travel is free in Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex.
How to plan a team shoot
A little planning makes the day smooth:
- Pick a quiet time. Before opening, after close or a weekend usually works best, so customers aren't in the way.
- Get everyone there. It's one session on one day, so put it on the calendar early.
- Send a shot list. Tell me what you need: headshots, the storefront, the counter, products, the team at work. I'll work through it.
- Tidy one spot. Clear a counter or a wall and I'll handle the rest.
What to wear
- Wear what you'd wear to work on a good day. You want to look like you, just sharper.
- Solid colours beat busy patterns. Skip big logos and tiny stripes.
- Bring a backup. A second top or a jacket gives you options.
- For teams, pick a palette, not a uniform. Similar tones look great together without everyone matching.
"I hate having my picture taken"
Almost everyone says that. My job is to make it easy. I'll tell you exactly where to stand, what to do with your hands and when to relax your shoulders. Most people are surprised how quick and painless it is, and the one person who swore they'd hate it usually ends up with the best photo.
When you get your photos
Your edited photos arrive in a private online gallery the week after the shoot, ready for your website, Google profile, social media and print. Single headshots are paid on the day. For a team shoot, full payment books your date. Either way, it's e-transfer or credit card, whatever's easier.
