How it works

From "is our date open?" to frame-worthy.

Eight easy steps, zero stress. Here's exactly what working together looks like.

  1. Anytime

    Check your date

Fill out the short form with your names, date and venue. No essay needed. I'll get back to you personally to let you know if I'm free.

  2. Your choice

    Chat first, or skip ahead

Want to talk it through? Book a free chat by phone, FaceTime or over coffee. Tell me about your day, your people and the vibe you're going for. No need to have anything figured out yet. Already sure? Skip straight to booking.

  3. Booking

    Make it official

Pick a collection, sign a simple agreement and pay a $300 deposit. Done, your date is yours. The deposit is non-refundable and comes off your total, and the balance is due 30 days before the wedding, by e-transfer. Booking inside 30 days? You'll just pay in full when you sign. Want extra time or a second photographer? Extra hours are $250 each, and a second photographer is $600. I'm fully insured, so if your venue asks for proof, I'll send it over.

  4. Before the wedding

    Plan the fun stuff

We build a relaxed timeline together, with room to breathe, a quick family photo list (hello, Grandma) and a rain plan. If your collection includes one, we do an engagement session so you get comfortable in front of the camera, and we check in a few weeks before the wedding to lock the timeline.

  5. The big day

    The wedding day

I run the photo side so you don't have to. A little guidance when it helps, then I disappear into the crowd and catch the real moments. When the weather and timeline allow, we'll sneak out near the end of the night for my signature backlit night portrait. It only takes a few minutes.

  6. The week after your wedding

    Sneak peeks

Your first favourites, ready to share the week after your wedding. No months of refreshing your inbox.

  7. The week after your wedding

    Your full gallery

Every photo carefully edited and delivered in a private online gallery the week after your wedding. Easy to download and share from your phone, and you can print whatever you like.

  8. If you want them

    Prints and albums

Some photos deserve more than a phone screen. Ask about album options so your favourites end up on the coffee table, not just in the cloud.
